Witekio is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day Business Development activities in the UK and supporting our growth strategy. This is a hands-on dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Witekio Sales teams, Marketing as well as local Partners.

 

The ideal candidate is passionate about building network, technology, and promoting company’s products. You prefer to work in an environment that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to always improve oneself / the team / the organization. You love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, measure and use a bit of automation to make daily life easier.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Building network and trust with external partners & electronic ecosystem to position Witekio as the go to partner for all software development of the products
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Using CRM to lead laser-approach campaigns on our contact base (former customers, former prospects) and qualifying software development roadmaps and hidden needs.
  • Leveraging our customer base and partner base to be referred to new potential targets
  • Using Outbound Tooling & Social Networks to lead laser-approach campaigns on our sweet spot and qualifying roadmap and hidden needs.
  • Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

 

Deal Management:

 

  • Managing with assertiveness sales funnel (from opportunity identification to closure)
  • Animating pre-sales effort and making sure we deliver attractive proposals, on time, and with a high chance of success
  • Aligning with the local Engineering Director & pre-sales team to actively manage the different deals and related actions
  • Identifying possible upsell within customers, with a focus on our accelerator and packaged offers.
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Work with local admin on specific invoicing / contractual topics with customers
  • Work with the marketing team on virtual & local events
