Context
We are seeking an experienced customer-facing Technical Project Manager responsible for managing key projects and customer engagements. The right candidate for this role is a highly organized agile practitioner with experience in software development projects.
In this role, you will:
Support the project lifecycle from initialization to delivery completion
- Clarify, understand, and capture the details of the customer expectations and goals, and drive each project team toward these goals with help from our technical leads
- Set up project budget, estimated burn rate, update and report budget consumption for reporting and invoicing purposes
- Drive and steer each project team to accomplish the goals of the project from backlog to kick-off and daily standups, while maintaining the project backlog
- Monitor project progress continuously and provide detailed reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
- Communicate proactively with all involved to encourage, identify problems, provide solutions, and improve efficiency improvement
- Own and drive customer relationships for the project by clarifying, understanding, and capturing the details of the customer expectations and goals, and drive an engineering team toward these goals with help from our technical leads
- Ensure alignment with the overall quality process (definition of done, acceptance criteria, validation of deliveries)
- Interact with teams in France, UK, and Germany for inter-office projects and initiatives

Your Background:
- Experience collaborating and embracing team interaction, and leading by example
- 2 plus years of P.M. experience
- Bachelor of Computer Science preferred
- Experience with professional services- high customer interaction and engagement
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency with project tracking software, and experience with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira)
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute competing priorities
· Knowledge of software development and management of software projects. Experience with embedded software (Linux, microcontroller, connectivity) is a plus
- Formal project management training and/or PMI Certification highly preferred
- Experience with Product Ownership (deep product understanding and requirements) is a plus
- Applied experience with Agile methodologies, such as KANBAN and Scrum
