Witekio is looking for a Business Development Apprentice who will be responsible for managing day-to-day Business Development activities in the UK, generating and qualifying leads to build pipeline for the sales team and supporting our growth strategy in the UK/Ireland and Nordic regions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building network, technology, and promoting company’s products. You should have a strong understanding of cultural nuances, local compliance (e.g., GDPR), and industry expectations. You also prefer to work in an environment that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to always improve oneself / the team / the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects for the Business Development team
· Driving top-of-funnel activity and contribute to revenue growth
· Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
· Building network and trust with external partners to position Witekio as the go to partner for all software development of the products
· Using Outbound Tooling & Social Networks to research and identify target accounts
· Maintaining accurate records in CRM
· Assisting in building outreach campaigns and messaging
Day to day activities
- · Reviewing tasks, leads, and preparing outreach
- · Cold calling and social media engagement
- · Following-up emails and meeting booking
- · Researching and CRM updates

- Salary of £23,500 per annum plus Commission
